How do I care for a pure silk saree?
Dry clean only for the first two washes. After that, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, never wring it, and dry in shade. Store it folded in a cotton cloth rather than plastic, and refold along a different line every few months so the zari does not crack.
Does the saree come with a blouse piece?
Yes. Every saree includes an unstitched blouse piece, and the exact length is listed on each product page. Most run 80cm.
How long does delivery take?
Two to four working days across Tamil Nadu, four to seven elsewhere in India. You will get a tracking link by SMS and email the moment your order ships.
Can I return or exchange a saree?
Within seven days of delivery, provided the saree is unworn, unwashed and has its original tags. Exchanges are free; returns carry a small pickup charge.
Will the colour match the photos?
We photograph in natural daylight without filters. Screens still vary, so if the shade matters a great deal, message us on WhatsApp and we will send a short video of the actual piece.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, to Singapore, Malaysia, the UAE, the UK and the US. Shipping is calculated at checkout and customs duties are payable by you.
